Requirements: Cheat Engine & Utorrent
DOWNLOADING TIPS:
Here in the Internet, we have a lot of techniques to download a file.
One is to download via browser. That’s common, all can do that! When they open the browser and find a download button, that’s all.
Next is to download using advanced settings. For example, using the advance settings like of browsers to get or capture a file unlike the regular download.
Third is to download via script! Hmmm… script means programs right! Meaning, it’s a little bit of hacking skills. If you know how to read programming languages like me, you can download a file via script. Most of the time, I usually do it to flash ['.SWF'] files. Using my html and javascript knowledge I can download those embedded files.
But the most popular and easiest way is download using softwares. There are variety of popular softwares that can download multiples files at once. We have Limewire, Utorrent & Internet Download Manager. But do you that, you can use 2 softwares software to speed up file download! Yeah! and that’s the power of CHEAT ENGINE!
For this tutorial, I will just focus on teaching you how to download using Cheat Engine. For more information about Cheat Engine, proceed here.
Using Cheat Engine to speed up Utorrent downloads.
1. First of all if you dont have utorrent and cheat engine, here’s the sites! Get it now!

2. Once your done with downloads, proceed to each softwares installation and open both of them.
3. Go to your favorite torrent download sites and download a torrent. Save it to your computer.
4. Proceed to Utorrent, you will notice that your download speed is constant. For example here in the Philippines, if you are using a PDT connection with 1mbps download speed, your download speed will only run between 100-150kbps per second. Too slow right! Why not to try 1MB/seconds. Really! Yes!…
HERE’S THE MAGIC
5. Like what I said before, make sure you open Cheat Engine. Alt + TAb to proceed and look for Cheat Engine.
6. In the Cheat Engine Interface, click the icon below the File menu. When you mouseover in the icon, it will prompt you to ‘Select a process to open.’
7. Now you will see all process running in your system. Select the utorrent icon. It’s the letter ‘U’ with green color.
8. In the right corner of the cheat engine window, you will notice a checkbox that states ‘Enable Speedhack’. Check it and enter 0.1 as its value and finally, click Apply.
THE RESULTS
From constant 100-150kpbs/seconds, now here’s the result.

Please take note, the downloads speed is faster at night because there is no limit in Internet traffic. I usually download large files like gaming files and movies starting at 12:00 at the midnight till the morning. So when I wakeup, it’s already done!
Also, this speed is not stable, it depends in your Internet connection. Cheat Engine is much faster than dial-up and broadband connection. As you add another file in the list of downloads or open another site with flash content, downloads will begin to reduce slowly. So to speed up your downloads to the fullest, just leave the Utorrent and Cheat Engine as the active application in your taskbar, download at the midnight and chill!
